Good food and great service

Just had my sons baptism there, absolutely HORRIBLE service food was served to tables without having any dinner plates for people to eat off of, coffee mugs were dirty of lipstick, had to remind them to ur the cake seeing as though guest had left without eating cake, got there no centerpieces or favors were setup I had to stir up I was told they forgot I paid for cheese and crackers and veggies the veggies were forgot. Once voiced the problems the so called manager the owners daughter insinuated that the issues were not true and didn't seem Concerned or even apologized. I wasn't looking for money off just some Genuine concern for making such a mess of a special day

I want to put a huge Thank You to Lusitano Restaurant !!! Family and friends held my surprise 50th Birthday at Lusitano !!!! From the food to the decorations and the Dj, we danced all night !!!! The wait staff was amazing making sure everyone was served in a timely manner . The portions of food was unbelievable !! Everyone loved the variety of food that was served !!! The best part of the night Mr. Soares who owns the restaurant with his family personally sang Happy Birthday to me !!! Talk about over the top service !!! Big shout out to Elaine who coordinated the event is top notch !!! See you soon Lusitano !!!

21.00 for 1 order of steak and a soup to go. Steak was big but still not enough to justify the price, and they think piling dirt cheap rice with it makes things ok. I use to go as a kid when I lived right near them but you can tell they are draining people dry nice enough to buy from them to stay afloat. Plenty of other places you could/should go for half the price and just as good.

Horrible service. Had a family dinner party here & while the DJ was playing music all the children went to the dance floor to dance and have fun. Lasted about one song because a staff member came up to take the Mic and Said " thats enough I'm getting complaints" to the kids and ruined there fun. Mind you they were all under 10 years old. It was just very rude especially for paying customers that just footed a $300 bill . Never will return to this establishment again.

I hosted my sister's baby shower here over the weekend and could not have been happier. We decided to do breakfast and the food was delicious. Being able to set everything up the day before was really convenient. The staff was very helpful too. Anything we needed, we just had to ask Elaine or Jasmine. They were fantastic! Would highly recommend this venue to anyone for a shower or wedding. The space was beautiful. Perfect setting for the occasion!

Food was excellent! Lived the Portuguese soup!

The food and service are always grade A! Been coming here for years for dinner and events in the banquet room and I'm never disappointed. Love the Portuguese steak and baked stuffed shrimp and the portion sizes are always huge! The rice pudding is always fresh and delicious, perfect end to a great meal!! Definitely highly recommend The Lusitano!

Everything I ever had there was the best, the closest to Real Portuguese food.

Good food but I believe this place needs some updating

I recently had my wedding shower there and it was absolutely perfect! Great service, delicious food and a beautiful venue! I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice affordable place for their wedding.

Surely a spot worth trying, the food is excellent and well prepared, the prices are reasonable and it is consistently neat in here. Kudos.

This charming old world gem is bursting with authentic Portuguese culture. The dishes are very generously portioned and each one is prepared by hand. If you are looking for a quick bite, this is not your place. Food was great, experience was totally Europe!

Very traditional Portuguese decor, offers Portuguese and American foods. There is a full bar as well as espresso and cappuccino

The food was cold undercooked some were overcooked waited along time completely lousy won't go there ever again

Best place for special occasions! Recently went to a wedding here and it was the best food I've ever had at a wedding. The room was spacious and the outdoor area was a great place to hangout. I also am always at the Lusitano to bring in the New Year as they host an incredible party.

Lusitano made my wedding a dream come true! This place is a hidden gem. From booking our venue to the day of the wedding everything was a breeze. Their coordinator Elaine is amazing and is always available for guidance and questions. She takes all the guessing out of planning. The room is beautiful and goes with any décor you want. And the food is out of this world, huge selection, not just Portguese food. Their staff is amazing, they are there for any need you have. We were battling rainy weather the day of the wedding and had planned to get married outside on their property but they quickly made a beautiful indoor set up for us to get married inside. Also, we were a bit late coming back from taking pictures but as soon as we got everything started the staff had the food out quickly and got everything back on track. This establishment is friendly and so accommodating for any of your needs. I have had multiple functions here and would recommend to anyone!

Wedding: 9/9/2017We had our ceremony and reception at Luistano Royal Gardens for our wedding and we could not be happier. The food and service was amazing!!! The outside ceremony area and the banquet room was beautiful. My husband and I were amazed! Elaine was so helpful during the process of the planning and all the way until the end. We are so happy we made the decision to have our wedding here. Our guest could not believe how great everything was. I highly recommend Lusitano Restaurant & Royal Gardens.

Wedding to Remember...we couldn't be any more happier with our wedding day! The staff and owners were amazing! The food was great and the day could not have been any more memorable. Our December wedding was beautiful and the restaurant added to the holiday ambiance with their own decorations and detail. Elaine did an amazing job as well as the owners and attended to every detail. We are so happy we decided to choose Lusitano's for our reception. We can honestly say that our wedding was the topic of conversation on how beautiful and amazing and our entertainment from Music of Our Lives DJ Service Jordan Paiva topped it all off!!! Thank you! If you wanna wait for 3 hours for a meal then this would be the place to go

I’m giving one star for the food and drinks being good. The service and the way our guest and us were treated by the owner or people in charge was awful. I will never recommend this place for a under 18 yrs old birthday. We cleared music, games, that there would be 20 under 3 year olds and the just killed the whole vibe of a kids party. And the amount we paid was almost $1500 how dare you when we double checked all that we could and how it might be. Oh yeah and our party was no we’re where they said it would be and it was supposed to be us and we show up to some party on our side right with us. It was horrible all around. Paid for a 2-6 party and they made us leave at 4 and then took the food away right after I said I have 10 people on their way.

It was 96 degrees outside & they didn't turn on A.C. The food Was delicious but it was too hot to enjoy...

Food was barely edible. We love Portuguese food, this experience was very disappointing.

Excellent food at the wedding I attended.

A little piece of Portugal right in Fall River, MA. The Lusitano Restaurant and Royal Gardens is the perfect venue for any occasion. I have attended weddings, showers, christenings, anniversaries, birthdays and each one was surpassed by the previous. The food is very authentic and delicious. You never leave hungry. Their desserts are outstanding as well. The Soares family are always very friendly and welcoming. Saturday nights they have entertainment and dancing. Definitely my local go-to restaurant.

We had our wedding on August 26th, everything was perfect. We couldn't have been happier with the beautiful venue itself, delicious food, professional staff, and attention to detail. Elaine was amazing and I am so extremely happy that we decided on this venue!

Beautiful Place To Eat & Have A Get Together

Great food, ask for Jasmine on the weekend's she is absolutely the best server, very attentive and the food is always cooked to perfection. Dinner for 2 during certain days, it's only 29.99, can't go wrong. You get wine soup/salad, main course, and dessert.

Love going there. Friendly and very welcoming. Always go there and I tell my friends that it the best restaurant for food, friendliness and atmosphere.
